1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Keene Tree Service LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company located at 7123 Boulevard, Macon, GA 31210. By using our website at www.keenetreeservice.net or engaging our tree care services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Keene Tree Service LLC provides professional tree care services in Macon, Georgia and surrounding Middle Georgia areas, including but not limited to:

• Tree removal and emergency tree removal
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Stump grinding and removal
• Tree health assessments and disease treatment
• Storm damage cleanup
• Land clearing
• Emergency 24/7 tree services

All services are performed by ISA-certified arborists and fully licensed and insured crews.

3. Free Estimates

We offer free on-site consultations and written estimates. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Actual pricing may vary based on scope changes, site conditions discovered during work, or additional services requested.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to commencing work.

Overdue balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. In the event of collection proceedings, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Emergency service calls are not subject to cancellation fees. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future appointments.

7. Property & Liability

We take every precaution to protect your property during service. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• Tree removal and tree work carries inherent risks to surrounding property
• We will take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee zero damage to surrounding landscaping, turf, or structures in all circumstances
• You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities prior to stump grinding
• We are fully insured — proof of insurance is available upon request

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of service completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Keene Tree Service LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
• Not use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

We reserve the right to terminate access to the website for any user who violates these terms.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
